My Life Line

I started my educational life like every other student, started kindergarden when I was 5, then primary school when I was 6, then intermediate school at 13 then high school at the age of 16 just like any other typical student.

The only difference between me and the majority of the students that I knew was that I didn't know what I wanted to be when I grow up, I didn't realize this fact until I heard some of my friends after the graduation ceremony at high school discussing about which university they want to go to. although I had very high grades in high school I was still confused about my future path.

This confusion phase in my life made me decide to take a break from my educational life for a whole year. In this year I joined a petroleum company in my country as volunteer to train me on how to check oil pipes with X-ray and Ultrasonic sounds. I have to say that this break made me more aware on what I wanted to be in the future.

After this training period and some consultations from relatives and friends I decided to enter the engineering field, and that was how I ended up here in chelmsford.

kindergarden >>> primary school >>> intermediate school >>> high school >>> volunteered for one year ( confusion period) >>> university

  1. Wow - working for a petroleum company - how interesting! I should think this gave you a good insight into work and was a good way to find out what direction you wished to take in life
